The Company has informed that Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the Company, passed away on 13.05.2026. His holdings of 8,903,016 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mrs. Ayesha Sultana (Wife of late Engineer Mosharraf Hossain), a Sponsor Director of the Company by way of nomination.
The Company has further informed that 56,326 shares of the Company, held by late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the Company, have been transmitted to the BO account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on September 9, 2026.
As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 24, 2026, to consider, among others, the Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) ended December 31, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., and the Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) ended March 31, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 26, 2026 at 5:20 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.
