Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, the Issuer of IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond has informed that, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM instead of April 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Bond for the year ended December 31, 2025 and declaration of profit of the Bond.
