AAMRATECH: Quarterly Earnings Q3 | AAMRATECH
15 Sep 2026

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.65) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (0.33) for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. (1.84) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (0.97) for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.18) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.33 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 16.62 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 18.46 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: All of the major financial metrics, including EPS, have been adversely affected by a sharp decline in sales. Despite favorable operational expenditures and supplier payments compared to the same time last year, a large decrease in cash collection and increased finance expenses led in a substantial disparity in NOCFPS. Due to the company's losses over the nine months that concluded on March 31, 2026, the NAV was lower than it was during the same time the previous year. (end)

AAMRATECH: Quarterly Earnings Q2 | AAMRATECH
15 Sep 2026

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.67) for October-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.39) for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. (1.19) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.64) for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.09 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.67 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 17.27 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 18.46 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: The company's revenue has dropped drasticallsy compared to the same period last year. On the contrary, financing charges increase. As a result, EPS has declined quite significantly. Customer cash receipts have decreased from the same time previous year. Additionally, there was a rise in the proportion of supplier payments and financial expenses. Therefore, the NOCFPS has been substantially reduced despite lower operating expenses. (end)

AAMRATECH: Quarterly Earnings Q1 | AAMRATECH
15 Sep 2026

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.52) for July-September 2025 as against Tk. (0.25) for July-September 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.32) for July-September 2025 as against Tk. (0.59) for July-September 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 17.94 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 18.46 as on June 30, 2025. EPS: The company's revenue has declined considerably compared to the same period last year. On the contrary, the COGS remained steady due to increased material costs, which lowered the gross margin. Furthermore, while operating costs improved slightly, the increase in finance charges had a major negative impact on bottom-line profitability. NOCFPS: Customer cash received was comparatively better than it was in the same quarter previous year. Despite higher financial expenditures, operational expenses and customer payments declined proportional to cash received. Eventually, this indicated an upward pattern in NOCFPS. (end)
