Investment Strategy The assets of the Scheme will be invested both in equity securities and fixed-income securities (FIS). Most of the equity investments will be made in listed companies and entities. However, the Scheme will also invest in unlisted equity and debt securities directly from the issuers, including IPO and pre-IPO placement, at the primary market. The Scheme may also invest in other quasi-equity or debt instruments, including warrants, preference securities, government notes, bills and different types of bonds, but generally may not prefer financing venture capital undertakings
IPO Reciever Individuals, companies, trusts, societies/foundations, registered mutual funds and NRBs are eligible to apply for investing in the Scheme
